Strategic location

SPPI was the first to build an interchange linking a national expressway with a privately- owned industrial estate (LISP I). LISP II, on the other hand is just 300 meters from the Calamba interchange of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). LISP III is directly in front of the Sto. Tomas interchange of the SLEX, which is the last exit of the SLEX right before the Southern Tagalog Arterial road leading to the international seaport of Batangas City. CLIP, on the other hand, is a mere 10-minute drive or less than 8 kilometers from the Mactan International Airport, while HEIP is accessible through the spur road of the SCTEx.
