Park Utility and Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate shall assists in the efficient operation, maintenance, and orderly management of the Industrial Park. The role oversees utility systems, park infrastructure, and common area upkeep while ensuring adherence to the Park’s Deed of Restrictions (DOR) and Park Rules and Regulations (PRR). It supports a safe, reliable, and well-managed park environment for all locators and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have:

• an Engineering degree and must be licensed;
• up to four (4) years related working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• experience in water operations, security and/or safety management is an advantage;
• 40-hour BOSH training, Certification in PSIS, PCO training preferably;
• good communication skills and proficiency in MS offices;
• valid driver’s license (restriction 1 and 2).
